Hat Gardens is Luton town centre’s first pocket park, offering a green riverside space with amphitheatre seating, areas for small events and performances, and limited capacity for street food trailers.
This venue includes an elegant brick paved amphitheatre with access either by stairs or from the front. Below is a decorative paved area, allowing a viewing audience to stand and watch activities in the amphitheatre or provide space for display units.
The purpose of this scheme is to set out how the council will assess an applicants’ eligibility
for housing, their housing need and the types of property applicants can apply for.
The Homelessness Prevention Strategy is the first shared homelessness strategy for Luton Council and Luton Clinical Commissioning Group and will be aligned to the local sustainable transformational plans (STPs).
