This plan sets out how we will work in partnership with the bus operators and other stakeholders in Luton to deliver improved bus services.
The partnership will help Luton and the bus operators to recover post COVID-19 pandemic and help deliver:
- the intended growth in passenger numbers
- improved journey times
- customer satisfaction
