Current developments
Planning legislation allows us to make an Article 4 direction to remove permitted development rights (within a specified area and across the administrative area).
When permitted development rights are removed in a local area, anyone wishing to carry out the described development will need to submit a planning application. For more information about Article 4 directions please view the Article 4 direction home page.
