What you should include in your complaint
Include:
- your case reference
- what you believe is wrong
- any specific personal data you believe was not included
- any information you have about where data is likely to be held or who may be able to find it – for example the name of a staff member or the title of a document

If your complaint is specifically about the content of the information supplied, it might need to be dealt with in another way.
