You will need to provide:

- proposal summary (maximum 300 words)
- details on who will deliver the project and how it will be delivered
- how will you ensure the project is inclusive and accessible to all residents
- who will benefit from the project
- how you will you ensure sustainability of the proposal beyond the funding term
- deliverability information
- budget information
Grants between £5,000 and £30,000 you will also need to provide:
- the objective of the project and how it supports the Pride in Place Impact Fund objectives
- details of what the funding will be used for
- details of engagement with local residents, partners and community groups
- why grant funding is needed to deliver the project
- how many people you estimate will be impacted annually
- how you will you ensure sustainability of the proposal beyond the funding term
- Pride in Place Impact Fund outputs
Application checklist
For all grants, you will need to upload the following when you submit your application:
- governing document
- bank account details
- evidence of organisations financial control procedures within the organisations, including payment processing protocols
- owner’s permission to undertake the project (if applicable)
- specifications of items to be purchased (if applicable)
- Building Control and/or planning permission evidence (if applicable)

- one quote or cost estimate
