Regeneration

How we are redeveloping Luton town centre, what we have achieved so far and our plans for the future, the Luton town centre delivery plan and the masterplan.

We have received £1.5 million of funding from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government as part of a £5 billion Pride in Place Programme. This funding is being used to enable community groups to apply for grants to improve their community venue and/or space.
