Pride in Place Impact Fund
We have received £1.5 million of funding from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government as part of a £5 billion Pride in Place Programme. This funding is being used to enable community groups to apply for grants to improve their community venue and/or space.
Community Venue and Spaces Improvement Fund
Applications for this fund are now closed.
Projects across Luton will be funded from the £1.5 million provided by the UK government. Community groups within Luton Council boundaries can apply for funding to improve their venue or an outside community space.
£480,000 of the funding is available for community groups to apply for to create or improve their community venue or outside space.
Community groups:
- must be within the Luton Council boundaries
- can apply for between £1,000 and £30,000 to improve their community venue or an outside space
- must complete the funded project by 31 March 2027
