About tenant engagement
Tenant engagement is a way for tenants and leaseholders to help shape the housing services you receive. This two-way communication between customer and landlord gives you an active part in decision making and the opportunity to influence the decisions made about housing services.
By getting involved you would:
- have a real say in the way the housing services are delivered, such as repairs, estate improvements and service quality
- help your council make decisions that affect the services you receive
- work together with other tenants to inform us about issues that affect you
- always know what is happening in your area
- help to improve the quality of life for everyone in your area
- help to attract outside funding for projects in your area
- be open to training opportunities and work experience
You must be over 18 years old and a tenant or leaseholder of Luton Council.
Any expenses will be reimbursed – for example, mileage or childcare.
