Specific school requirements

You will need to complete a supplementary form if you are applying for a school place at:

• Cardinal Newman Catholic School
• Wenlock CofE Academy
• Sacred Heart Primary School
• St Margaret of Scotland Primary School
• St Martin de Porres Primary School

Religious schools

You will also need to provide your child's original Baptismal Certificate and Certificate of Practice or Certificate of Reception or First Holy Communion Certificate for applications for:

• Cardinal Newman Catholic School
• Sacred Heart Primary School
• St Josephs Primary School
• St Margaret of Scotland Primary School
• St Martin de Porres Primary School

The completed supplementary form (where relevant) and the Certificate of Practice or Certificate of Reception must be handed directly to the relevant school's reception by the transfer or admissions round closing date. You must provide these documents even if you have previously provided them to the school.
