Make an enquiry about your tenancy
If you have not been able to find the answer to your question, you can use our tenant enquiry form. This has more advice and also allows you to submit your query online.
You will need the following information to complete the form:
- tenant's details
- rent account reference number
- type of council home you are living in
After you've submitted your enquiry
The Housing team will contact you within five working days.
