View your tenancy online, change your contact details, make payments online, transfer your details or make an enquiry if you cannot find what you're looking for.

Tenancy self service

As a council tenant, the easiest option is to use our online tenancy self service portal. This applies if you:

  • live in either a council housing, sheltered accommodation or temporary accommodation
  • rent a garage from us

What you can do in your online account

This service enables you to:

  • view details of your tenancy
  • change your contact details
  • view and print your statement
  • link to online payment
  • check your transfer details (if you have any)
  • manage your Direct Debit

The service is secure, free to use and only takes a minute to set up.

You will be asked to create your own user name and password.

Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email and you will have to click on the link to activate your access.

In the future we intend to send all correspondence electronically. If you would prefer to receive postal correspondence, un-tick the box displayed on the next page (after you have selected your username and password). 

If one joint tenant agrees then all correspondence will be sent electronically in the future.
