Adult social care supports people of all ages and backgrounds to live as independently and happily as possible.

If you are looking at ways to remain independent but feel you still need extra support, the next step is to get in touch with us for an initial conversation.

When you speak to an adviser from our Customer Services team, they will take the time to understand your situation and what matters most to you. This may include discussing:

  • your personal strengths
  • what you’re able to manage yourself
  • the support you already have around you
  • any challenges you’re facing
  • your goals and what you’d like to achieve

Based on this, they will help identify the most suitable options. This could include:

  • provide information and advice
  • short term care package 
  • local community services
  • equipment to make daily life easier
  • a referral for a more detailed assessment with one of our adult social care teams
