Housing compensation policy

The housing compensation policy aims to ensure that we have a fair and consistent approach to offering redress and awarding compensation where we fall beneath these standards.

Housing management policy

The purpose of this policy is to set out how we acting as a landlord, will carry out the responsibilities as a landlord for social housing.

Housing net zero sustainability policy

This policy is applicable to all proposed council housing developments within Luton Council, which will include ‘change of use’ resulting in council housing developments.

Our housing strategic plan 2022 to 2027 sets out how we plan to ensure that the local people benefit from good quality, affordable and appropriate housing and services.

Indoor and built sports facilities strategy

The aim of this strategy is to support informed, evidence-based decisions about the location, provision and mix of sports and physical activity facilities, ensuring they meet local needs, maximise accessibility and encourage more people to participate regularly in meaningful physical activity.
