Family Help strategic plan

Our strategy sets out our Family Help priorities for the next five years ensuring we continue to build on the strengths we have, evolve our service further to build on the learning from the social care review and deliver our shared vision.

Financial strategic plan

The financial strategic plan shows how we intend to structure and manage our finances over the medium term, to support the achievement of the sustainable communities strategy, the corporate plan, the aims of the council prospectus, and those of our investment framework.

Fire safety and building safety policy

Our fire safety policy and building safety policy for all general needs blocks of flats managed by the Housing Asset Management services, introductory, secure and non-secure tenants and tenants living in sheltered schemes.

Healthy weight delivery plan

The plan for 2025 to 2040 focuses on communities and neighbourhoods with the highest levels of unhealthy weight and physical inactivity, and particularly targets children and families in the most deprived communities.

Homelessness prevention plan

The Homelessness Prevention plan is the first shared homelessness plan for Luton Council and Luton Clinical Commissioning Group and will be aligned to the local sustainable transformational plans (STPs).
