Request an assisted bin collection

You can request an assisted collection if you are unable to take your wheeled bins to the kerbside due to:

  • reduced mobility
  • serious long-term illness
  • disability

This service is only available where no-one in your household is able to move the bins.

After you have applied

Once we receive your application for an assisted collection, a collection supervisor will visit you to assess your needs.
