Specific school requirements
You must provide information directly to school if you're applying to:
- Sacred Heart Primary School
- St Margaret of Scotland Primary School
- St Martin de Porres Primary School
- St Joseph's Primary School
You must also provide the following direct to the relevant school:
- the school's completed supplementary form
- either your child’s original Baptismal certificate or certificate of Reception
