Types of documents we need to verify your address to apply for a change of school.
The documentation must be in the name of the person with parental responsibility making the application.
We may request the following types of documents as proof of address.
If you do not provide the relevant documentation to verify your address, this will result in a delay in processing your application if your preferred school(s) are oversubscribed.
This must be your most recent awards letter to date. The letter must include the pages that show the name of your child.

The bill must be within the last three months and must show your address. Alternatively, you can provide your recent Council Tax bill which shows your address.
If you've recently moved address and do not have a utility bill, provide an exchange of contract or completion letter or tenancy agreement.
We do not accept telephone bills, credit card or bank statements as proof of address.
You'll need to provide a copy of their birth certificate. If you do not provide the relevant documentation to verify your child’s date of birth, this will result in a delay in processing your application.
The Admissions team will not be responsible for the safe return of original documents submitted by parents.
