Outdoor events can disturb nearby residents. You have a legal responsibility, as a licence holder or event organiser, to ensure that activities at your event do not cause a nuisance to people living or working nearby.
Download one of our noise advice sheets below. The advice sheet you will need depends on what type of event you're planning.
- events with amplified music lasting for more than 1 hour
- events with acoustic music, quiet background music or amplified music lasting for 1 hour or less
