Contact us if you are homeless now

You might be at risk of being without a home for a range of reasons, including: 

  • getting behind with your mortgage problems
  • renting privately
  • domestic abuse or a relationship breakdown
  • your parents or guardians asking you to leave home

If you are homeless outside of our working hours

If you become homeless outside of normal working hours (5pm to 9am Monday to Friday and 24 hours a day at weekends) then contact our emergency out of hours service.

This service is for homeless emergencies only. It should not be used for normal casework enquiries or for enquires that have been resolved during working hours.

How we can help

We offer a range of advice depending on you and your situation. Find out more about advice if you might become homeless.

You may be eligible to apply for a home owned by us or a housing association. Find out if you can apply for housing if you become homeless.

If you are or may become homeless because of domestic abuse, find out how we can help with accommodation and housing support for domestic abuse.

You should contact your Housing Solutions Officer or our Homelessness Prevention Team.
