Direct Debit is the simplest, safest, most secure and reliable way to pay your rent to us. It allows you to:
- not forget to pay as it is sent by your bank on the date you have chosen
- add money you owe to your payments helping you to manage your debts
- you keep control because of the Direct Debit guarantee

Alternatively, you can download and complete the Direct Debit mandate form and return it to the address on the form.
After you've set up a Direct Debit
We will write to you confirming your payments and when they will be taken from your bank account. If the amount you have to pay changes, we will write to you advising you of the new amount and when the new payments will begin.
