What you can use the garage for
Garages are intended for the storage of a motor vehicle. They are not sufficiently weather tight or secure for the storage of any other goods.
If you do store other goods, it will be at your own risk.
What you cannot use the garage for
You must not:
- use the garage or forecourt for any business activity
- store petrol or any flammable or combustible materials
- cause nuisance, disturbance or obstruction to other garage users or nearby residents
- make alterations to the garage
- sub‑let the garage to anyone else
