End of tenancy terms and form
You can end your garage tenancy by giving two weeks’ notice. At the end of the notice period:
- you must return all keys
- the garage must be empty and swept clean
- if keys are not returned, you may be charged for the lock to be changed
- if items are left behind, you may be charged for removal
