Run the Play Street

On the day, set up and supervise the Play Street safely, keep access clear, encourage child‑led play, and afterwards remove barriers, tidy up and thank volunteers.

On the day:

  • set up barriers and signs
  • brief stewards and parents
  • keep emergency access clear
  • encourage informal, child led play

After the session, clean up, remove barriers and signs, clear litter, reopen the road, and thank neighbours and volunteers.
