Luton Local Plan
The Luton Local Plan (2011 to 2031) is a strategic document setting out the vision, objectives and spatial planning strategy for the whole of Luton Council’s area for the period up to 2031. We are currently developing a plan that directs development, aims for inclusive growth and town centre regeneration and improves infrastructure.
