Form LLC1 is a search of the LLCR dealing with restrictions and prohibitions resulting in a charge being registered against the property.
The LLC1 is known as the official certificate of search. Entries revealed upon the LLC1 can include:
- financial charges
- conditional planning permissions and agreements
- tree preservation orders
- enforcement notices
- conservation areas
- listed buildings
- listed building consents
- article 4 directions
All registrations held upon the LLCR are binding on successive owners. Any proposals currently under consideration by the local authority will not be shown on the LLC1 until a final decision is made and a charge can be created. Any pending proposals would be shown on the results of a CON29 search.
