Apply for or renew a pensioner smart card
Applications should be made by completing an application form online.
If you do not have access to a computer (PC) you can use our self service computers free of charge at Luton Central Library.
Supporting evidence
You must provide:
- proof of date of birth – a valid passport, birth certificate or driving licence
- proof of address dated within the last three months at the time of application – utility bills or bank statement or Council Tax letter
- recent passport size photo
Renew or replace a smart card
You can renew an expired smart card free of charge.
The replacement smart card charge is £14.
