Register of statements and declarations from 1 October 2013

Find Section 15A register under section 15(B)1 of the Commons Act 2006 containing each map and statement deposited pursuant to section 15A of that Act. These statements enable landowners to protect their land from being registered as a town or village green.

For Section 31(6) register, see section 31A of the Highways Act 1980 containing the highway statements and highway declarations deposited under Section 31(6) of that Act. These statements enable landowners to formally acknowledge public rights of way across their land. The declarations, if made no more than 20 years later, create a presumption that they have no intention to dedicate any further routes across their land.
