Luton Council is delighted to have received a grant of £950,000 from the National Lottery Heritage Fund to further support the Roots to Healthy Places project.
Mark Fowler, who has been serving as Interim Chief Executive since April, was formally appointed to the permanent role following a Full Council meeting on 15 July.

On 16 June 2025, Jan Autos Limited trading in Leagrave Road, Luton, and Director Muhammad Amin, aged 39 of High Street, Dunstable, were found guilty following a trial of failing to notify consumers of outstanding manufacturers safety recalls.
