About the Find and Fix Scheme (TrustMark)
TrustMark, one of the key bodies involved in the ECO4 (Energy Company Obligation 4) and Great British Insulation Schemes (GBIS), has launched the Find and Fix service. Homes that have been identified will have a survey carried out by TrustMark, and they will request the installer who carried out the original works to rectify any issues that have been found.
Luton has been identified as one of the top five areas with a high number of poor insulation works. We are working with TrustMark to ensure residents in Luton who have been impacted by the poor works are contacted in order for the surveys and remedial works to begin.
If you have insulation concerns
If you have signs of damp or mould in the property after the works have been completed and have vulnerable members in the household, including those with:
- health issues
- young children
- the elderly
We are urging all homeowners and members of families or friends impacted to complete an insulation concerns reporting form.
