If you are struggling to pay you can contact us, check if you can get a reduction, request a payment arrangement or extend your payments.
You can:
- find out if you're entitled to a Council Tax Reduction
- find out if you're entitled to a Council Tax Exceptional Hardship payment
- extend your instalment payments from 10 months to 12 months
- make a repayment arrangement
- get in touch with us to discuss your situation
Whatever the circumstances do not ignore your bill. Recovery action will continue if you do not pay.

Will send you a reminder notice. We normally send only one reminder before taking further action.
