Library strategy

Our library strategy 2020 to 2025 sets out our aspiration and vision for a library service that is sustainable and relevant to the residents of Luton.

This strategy will be the driver for developing the service to ensure relevance in a digital world in a context of
reducing budgets, increased partnerships, shared services and buildings and consortium working.

It will ensure that there is a clear transformation of the library service across the town to ensure that we can deliver a high quality library service that is sustainable into the future and remains relevant to the diverse and changing needs of Luton residents. We will ensure transformation through the establishment of strategic priorities supported by the development of an action plan.
