Local Authority Building Control partnership scheme

You can choose to work with any local authority building control surveyor to undertake all pre-application and design work, regardless of the project's geographical location.

In addition to regularly submitting applications to us for projects within the borough, our partners use us to provide a plan checking service for projects outside of Luton. As they regularly use us, we have built up a trusted working relationship.

We do not recommend or endorse any individuals, organisations or businesses for any specialism. These partners are registered with us through the LABC partnership scheme and work closely with our Building Control service. We don't hold a preferred contractors or suppliers list either.
