After you report an issue with a road or street
We aim to fix:
- potholes deeper than 50mm or residential roads within 24 hours of assessment
- potholes deeper than 30mm on main roads within 24 hours of asessment
- damaged pavements greater than 20mm within 24 hours of assessment
- street lights within five working days unless there is a problem with the electricity supply, which could take longer
- blocked drains that result in flooding within 24 hours
- non urgent blocked drains within 28 days
- traffic signal faults within two hours
