Connect to Work is a supported employment service supporting residents with health conditions, disabilities, or other barriers to employment to find, return to, or stay in work. We provide personalised, one‑to‑one support to build confidence, develop skills, and achieve sustainable employment.
Support available
- Personalised plan based on your skills, needs and goals
- Connections to local employers and job opportunities
- Help with CVs, job applications, interview preparation and training opportunities
- Access local health and community services
- Ongoing mentoring from experienced employment advisers
Who can apply
If you are:
- are aged 18 or over
- are out of work, or economically inactive (not working for 6 months and not in training)
- have been employed for over 3 months and feel at risk of losing employment
- live in Luton
- have the right to work and live in the UK
- are not on another DWP funded employment programme
- meet the eligibility criteria
- want to be in employment
There is no requirement for you to be claiming benefits or to be registered as job seeking and further details about who can apply is on the Connect to Work - South Midlands website.
