As a leaseholder you need to pay a monthly service charge to cover your share of the cost of the repairs and maintenance as well as improvements to the building.

Pay your leasehold service charge at a Post Office or PayPoint

You can pay at your local Post Office by cash, cheque or debit card (credit cards are not accepted).

You can also pay by cash only at newsagents and convenience stores that display the PayPoint sign.
