Adoption information events

Public events for potential adopters.

Our information events are currently held online and give you a chance to find out more about what it’s like to adopt, ask questions and talk to adoption social workers.

What to expect

Our information events are relaxed and informal. There is no pressure and no obligation. There will be a short presentation explaining more about adoption, and an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

We welcome anyone who is over the age of 21 and ready to start a family to get in touch with us. This is inclusive and we welcome applications from anyone including same-sex couples and those applying as a single applicants.

We consider applicants regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability, as long as the needs of the child are met. Children who have a plan of adoption come from a wide variety of backgrounds and have a range of differing needs. We therefore welcome applications form you if you are able to reflect or promote those needs.
