Reducing crime, disorder and anti-social behaviour is a major concern for Luton residents, particularly within the town centre area. As a landlord we are firmly committed to tackling anti-social behaviour. We know that the inconsiderate and anti-social behaviour of a small number of residents can have a significant impact on the lives of many more.

The purpose of this policy it to set out how we define anti-social behaviour and outline our approach to preventing and tackling anti-social behaviour, the actions we’ll take to protect and support victims and witnesses and how we’ll recognise where perpetrators may be vulnerable.
