Public liability is designed to provide cover to the policy holder (company, business or individual) in the event that they become legally liable to pay compensation to a third party.
Only Luton Council and our employees can be covered through our insurance policies. Any contractors, companies, businesses or individuals that we deal with will need to obtain their own policy of Insurance in their own name to cover their own liability.
