For appointments regarding rats, mice, cockroaches and pharaoh's ants at owner/occupied dwellings, there is no charge.
Failed scheduled appointments lead to a subsequent visit that is charged at £102.00. Additional visits in the treatment programme will revert to non chargeable if no further appointments are missed
