Pubs and live music venues business rates relief
From April 2026, all pubs and live music venues will benefit from a 15 per cent business rates relief on top of the other support mentioned. Bills will then be frozen in real terms for a further two years. To find out if you're eligible, visit pubs and live music venues relief – GOV.UK.

To estimate the new bill, you will need to know:
- your current and future rateable value
- the reliefs that currently apply to your property
