Help and support for school allocations
The Access to Education Team will individually contact all parents/carer(s) who have been unsuccessful in securing a place at any of their preferred schools.
The team will offer advice and, if required, one to one support to ensure that families understand the options available to them.
Communication will be sent by email where parents have applied online for a school place.
Independent advice on admissions and appeals can be obtained from the Advisory Centre for Education website.
In addition, further guidance on admissions legislation can be found on the GOV.UK.
