Four days of events coming to Bury Park this school holidays!

Residents and Luton rail users are being urged to get behind a petition calling on the government to work with Network Rail to commit to a full redevelopment of Luton station following a motion passed by all parties at a Luton Council meeting on 18 March.

A car trader has been sentenced for selling cars without declaring safety recalls or mileage and other discrepancies.

Mark Fowler, the current Deputy Chief Executive and Corporate Director for Population Wellbeing, has been appointed Luton Council’s Interim Chief Executive.

The decision was ratified at a Full Council meeting last week following a recommendation by a cross-party Member panel.

Mark will succeed Robin Porter who announced at the end of January that he will step down from his role in April, after six years as CEO and 17 years with the organisation, for family reasons.
