Apply for the Household Support Fund

The Household Support Fund is available to households who are in financial crisis and have substantial energy debts. This fund will soon be replaced by a new fund called Crisis and Resilience Fund on 1 April 2026.

How to apply for the Household Support Fund

We will only accept one application per household.

All applications will need to be submitted online. You can access the application and get support in completing the application at the library kiosks by booking an appointment.
