COVID-19 - Changes to bus services

Sub heading

Relaxed bus pass rules

Due to the COVID 19 outbreak, as of Monday 23 March, we've temporarily relaxed the bus pass rules allowing travel before 9.30am to enable pass holders to take advantage of some supermarkets opening early for older and disabled people.”

Changes to bus timetables

Due to the COVID 19 outbreak, the government has asked people to work from home and avoid public places. This has seen travellers face disruption as operators continue to cut their services because of falling demand across the UK.

Due to this effect, Luton bus operators have decided to run a reduced service temporarily effective 21 March 2020 and onwards. Ths decision will be under constant review as the situation develops.
We'll update details as soon as the bus operators confirm their schedules. Below is the current summary of services affected.
Please visit National Public Transport Information from Traveline south east and Anglia or the bus operators website / app / social media for the most up to date information.
