Luton Street Champions!

Potholes, fly-tipping, litter...help us tidy up our town by reporting issues like these as a Luton Street Champion!

Being a Luton Street Champion means you are our eyes and ears on the ground, reporting any issues you come across during your day to day activities.

We’re looking for you to report problems such as:
  • flytipping – on the highway, public and council land
  • littering
  • pavement / road issues
  • damaged public property
  • graffiti
  • street light issues
  • overgrown verges
  • dog mess

We've made reporting these issues even easier. We’re asking all Street Champions to use the 'Environmental reporting' function in MyAccount on luton.gov.uk. Doing it this way means your report gets to the right team straight away, which in turns means the problem can be dealt with as quickly as possible.

It also means we can track trends on what you're reporting. This helps us to identify if particular issues are recurring in certain areas and need further intervention.

We aim to resolve the issues you report within three working days of submitting. You can track your reports in MyAccount to see what we've done about it.
