Being treated equally and fairly

Sub heading

Youth Offending Service, blue wash

If you have been ordered to attend here by the police or courts it does not mean that you will be treated unfairly.

We are committed to equal opportunities and we are sensitive to the different cultures, needs and religions of the people we work with. We are committed to treating everyone equally regardless of race, religion gender, disability, age or sexual orientation. We will discuss any religious commitments, language barriers and learning needs to ensure our contact with you is fair and free from discrimination.

In the unlikely event you do not feel you are being treated fairly please speak to your Responsible Officer in the first instance.

How to complain
If you do feel you have been treated unfairly or wish to make a complaint try to speak with your Responsible Officer first.

You can also visit our complaints procedure webpage to find out more about the process.

Alternatively you could ask to speak to a Manager. If you are still not satisfied ask to speak to or write to the Head of Youth Offending Service via the details provided.
