Walk the Talk is a free, popular led lunchtime walk for all. It is aimed at town centre employees to walk at lunchtime to improve health and fitness.
Walk the Talk
Date and Time: Every Thursday at 12.30.
The walk leaves on alternate weeks from the Town Hall steps or the University Park Street entrance. The lunchtime walk provides a good opportunity for town centre workers to meet people and see a bit of Luton. Why not give it a try?
How long?
The walks are about 45-60 minutes long and will return to the starting point
