Girl on bike
Sustrans is the sustainable travel charity that looks after the National Cycle Network.

The Sustrans Active Travel office based in Luton is able to help local residents, students and workers who wish to try or return to walking or cycling

If you wish to cycle but do not have a bike Sustrans can give advice on what to look for when buying a bike. If you feel unsure about how long it would take to walk or cycle to college or work and would like help to choose the best route there Sustrans can help you. You may wish to include a scenic walk in the park or to find the quickest, most direct route.

Sustrans leads weekly health walks that are a great way to get out and about in Luton and to meet other people. For Luton Town Centre workers there is a Thursday lunchtime walk named Walk the Talk.
