Information The Vine Street Six are the visiting band on Thursday evening. Having an extensive repertoire of traditional jazz numbers, they also play catchy, but infrequently heard, New Orleans tunes. Based mainly on the Afro-American jazz bands playing in and around New Orleans and Chicago in the 1920s and 1930s such as King Oliver's Creole Jazz band, Louis Armstrong's Hot 5/7s and many others from that era.
