Luton Youth Offending Service is a partnership between Luton Borough Council, Bedfordshire Police Authority, Luton Primary Care Trust and the National Probation Service Bedfordshire.

We also work very closely with the Youth Justice board, Victim Support the Local Criminal Justice Board and Connexions.
